Both plans are a yearly price per club and cover one course. Club runs the course, members and pro shop. Clubhouse adds the bar and kitchen.

Whichever plan you choose, your club gets the everyday tools to keep members informed and get paid.

Online payments
A small fee, only when members pay online
Payments go straight to your club’s Stripe account. Members pay the price you set; the fee comes out of the payout and is never added to their bill.

Common questions
Straight answers on courses, fees and where the money goes.
- We have more than one course. How does that work?
- Each plan covers one course. Add each extra course for £500 a year, on any plan. For example, the Club plan with two courses is £3,499 a year.
- Do members pay a booking or app fee?
- No. Members pay the price the club sets. There is no member surcharge and no fee to download the app.
- Who receives the money?
- Payments go straight to the club’s own Stripe account. Clubs can route different products, such as competitions, memberships or the bar, to different payout accounts.
- Do we have to take payments online?
- No. Card payments are optional. Clubs can keep collecting in person and record it in the platform. The transaction fee only applies when a member pays online.
- Are there setup fees or other add-ons?
- Extra courses are the only add-on. Clubhouse includes everything in Club. We will talk through onboarding and data import on your demo call.
